Kosuke Akita, Assistant Professor Atsushi Inagaki, and Professor Manabu Kanda Receive the 28th Hydraulic Engineering Paper Award

A paper authored by Kosuke Akita (then a second-year Master’s student), Assistant Professor Atsushi Inagaki, and Professor Manabu Kanda has been awarded the 28th Hydraulic Engineering Paper Award. This award is presented to the most outstanding paper selected from those submitted to the 69th Conference on Hydraulic Engineering, organized by the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE) in December 2024. The award ceremony was held during the Conference on Hydraulic Engineering in December 2025.
